I’ve spent over three decades working within professional photography, starting at the technical and operational end of the industry and steadily progressing into senior representation and global production roles. That grounding matters to me; it means I understand the realities of the work, not just the theory.

I learned the industry from the inside out: from technical environments and assisting on set, through junior agency roles, to representing photographers and producing complex commercial work. Early in my career, I was mentored by an exceptional woman who shaped my approach to leadership, teaching me that integrity, clarity, and strong relationships are not optional extras, but the foundation of lasting success.

As my responsibilities grew, so did the scale of the work. I went on to produce and manage high-profile campaigns for major brands and later spent ten years at Getty Images as Senior Global Photographers’ Representative and Global Producer. In that role, I oversaw assignments across local, regional and international markets, managing everything from single-shoot commissions to complex, multi-country campaigns with multiple stakeholders. It was a position built on trust, accountability and consistency and one that refined how I lead projects today.
